writer/editor. Correspondent since 2004 for The New York Art World of gallery and museum
shows, mostly about photography. Currently writing art reviews, local and
international for Artshub.com (London).
Long experience in music journalism and technical writing, including
article and reviews for Dutch photography quarterly Eyemazing.
•Produced
The Dick Hyman Century of Jazz Piano CD-ROM, 1999, music software that
sold worldwide and was reviewed in the mainstream and music press in the US and
France. Cited as one of the thirteen best CD-ROMs of 1999 by the New York Times.
•Jazz pianist,
composer, writer, 1978–2000. Played in hotels and clubs in New Orleans &
New York, with tours in France (Foire de Niort, 1990, Villeneuve-sur-Lot 1993)
and Italy (Pompeii Jazz Festival, 1990). CD: Subterranean Sweetie, 1994, Beat Records—all original
compositions.
